Ibm Daksh

Down here in Cuttack, at CDA Sector 7, things feel a bit different than the big metros. Our plot, D 48, is in a part of town that’s a mix of homes and small offices. At Ibm Daksh, we just go about our business without much fuss. The weather in Orissa can be pretty intense, so we spend a lot of time making sure the coolers are running right. It’s a straightforward setup. We have our desks and our equipment, and we just handle what comes in. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which is nice when you’re trying to concentrate. Sometimes we see the neighbors walking by or kids playing near the plots. It doesn’t feel like a high-pressure corporate environment, and we prefer it that way. We aren't big on meetings that last for hours; we just talk over our desks when something needs fixing. The building isn't brand new, so there’s always a little something that needs a bit of repair, but it works for us. We’ve been in this 753014 area for a while and have gotten used to the pace of life here. It’s about showing up, doing the work, and then maybe heading out for some tea once the sun starts to go down. It’s a very grounded way to work, and we don't feel the need to make it sound more complicated than it actually is. We just keep our heads down and do what is needed every day.
