I Concept Initiativesbbsr is tucked away here in Cuttack, specifically around the Talatelengabazar area at Chidanand Kutira on Roxylane. It’s basically where we handle all our daily tasks and projects. Living and working in this part of Odisha means things are usually busy but we like the pace. The office isn't anything too flashy, just a practical space where we can focus on getting things done. We've been here for a while now and most people in the neighborhood know the spot. If you’re looking for Biswajita Ray’s place, that’s where you’ll find us. We mostly spend our time dealing with different bits of work that come our way throughout the week. Sometimes it gets a bit loud outside with the local traffic, but that is just part of being in Cuttack. We try to keep things straightforward and don't really go for all that corporate talk you see everywhere else. It is just a few of us here making sure everything runs okay. We don't have some big fancy building with glass walls, just a regular place in a regular lane. People stop by sometimes to ask questions or just to see what we are up to. It feels right to stay grounded and just do the work that needs doing without making a huge fuss about it. That’s pretty much the long and short of it for us here.
