Cuttack Gramin Producer Company Limited is located right around the Ormas area, near Drdachandni Chowk. Being in Cuttack, we are in a busy spot, but our focus is really on the rural side of things. That is why we have "Gramin" in our name. We started this because we saw a lot of small producers struggling to get their goods to the market in a way that actually paid off. It’s a lot of running around, to be honest. We spend a lot of time talking to local growers and figuring out how to pile our resources together. The office near Chandni Chowk isn't anything special to look at, but it’s where we get the paperwork and the planning done. We handle a variety of local products, and it’s always a bit of a juggle. Some weeks are busy with the harvest, and other times we are just waiting on the transport to show up. It’s a practical way of working. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us trying to make the connection between the farm and the buyer a bit shorter. People around here know us, and they know we are just trying to keep the local economy moving. It’s not always smooth sailing, and there are plenty of headaches with logistics, but we deal with them as they come. It’s just how things work in this part of Cuttack.
