Mayur Traders

Mayur Traders is located at S-10 in the Siddco Industrial Estate. It is a practical spot for a trading business like ours. Being in the industrial estate means we are surrounded by other businesses, so there is always some activity going on outside. Our unit isn’t massive, but it fits everything we need. We spend our days tracking orders and talking to suppliers. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication. The floor is usually covered with boxes that are either coming or going. We do not really have a showroom, just a functional space where we get things sorted. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty with all the movement, but that is just how it is in an industrial area. There is a small desk where we do the accounting and the paperwork. We have been here long enough that we know the neighbors and the delivery drivers by name. It is a straightforward way to earn a living. We do not use any fancy systems, just a lot of lists and keeping track of what is in stock. The mornings are usually the busiest time for us when the new loads arrive. By the afternoon, we are mostly just packing things up and getting ready for the next day. It is not a glamorous job, but it is what we do, and we are used to the pace. We just focus on the movement of goods.
