Splendid Udyog Limited

You’ll find Splendid Udyog Limited over at A-5/3 in the Sipcot Industrial Complex. It’s a pretty large area, and we’ve been in this particular unit for quite a few years now. We aren't a small shop; it’s more of a proper industrial operation here. We have a lot of machinery and a fairly large floor space to manage. It’s not exactly splendid in terms of looks—it’s an industrial site, so there’s plenty of grease, metal, and noise. We just focus on getting our production numbers where they need to be. Most of the guys here live nearby and we’ve all grown used to the rhythm of the shifts. We don't have a team of people writing fancy slogans for us. We just make sure the products we send out are up to the standards we’ve always kept. The Sipcot complex is a busy place, and we’re just one part of it. We don't really have a front desk or a receptionist to greet you. You usually have to walk into the main bay and find someone on the floor if you’re looking for a manager. It’s a practical environment. We do our best to keep the equipment running smoothly and the orders moving out the gate. It’s hard work, especially when the weather is hot and the fans aren't doing much, but we’ve got a good group of people who know what they’re doing. No fuss, just industry.
