Muthammal Colony Extension is where we keep things running every day. We've been here in Ayyasamy Nagar for a good while now. Most of our days are spent just getting the orders ready and making sure everything tastes like it should. It is a busy spot, especially around the 4/164/1 unit where we do most of the work. People in the neighborhood know where to find us. We don't do much of that fancy stuff you see in big cities. Just simple, honest snacks and products that we like ourselves. Sometimes the rain makes the street outside a bit messy and muddy, but we stay open regardless. It is mostly just family and a couple of neighbors helping us out when things get hectic. We see the same faces every week, which is nice. It is quiet enough most of the time but the work keeps us on our toes from morning till night. The heat can get pretty bad in the afternoons under this roof. We try to keep the stock fresh because that is what people expect from us. No big flashing signs or anything like that here. Just the name on the front door. It is not a huge place, but it works for what we need to do. We handle almost all the packing ourselves on the big wooden table. My brother takes care of the deliveries when the van is working. We just focus on getting the work done. If you walk past Ayyasamy Nagar, you will probably smell whatever we are making that day. It is a plain building with no decorations.
