You can find Versa Drives Pvt. Ltd. at 351 B/2A on Uzhaipalar Street. We are situated near the G N Mills Post office, which is a fairly quiet area compared to the main city. Our building isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a regular workplace where we make drives. We have a small group of people here who have been working together for a long time. The street is mostly quiet, which is nice when you are trying to concentrate on technical work. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. We just write down what needs to be done on a chalkboard and get to it. The workshop has that smell of solder and cooling metal that you get in places like this. We spend a lot of time testing things and making sure the components fit right. It’s a lot of sitting at benches and looking at small parts. Sometimes we go out to the local tea stall to get a break from the hum of the machines. We like it this way because we can actually see the work being finished every day. There’s no corporate ladder here, just a bunch of us trying to do a decent job so we can go home to our families. It’s a straightforward way to run a business and it has served us well so far.
