We’ve been operating Venus Sorting Technologies Private Limited from S.F. No. 554 in the Sara Industrial Estate for quite a while now. This part of Ganapathy, specifically around Santhalinga Swamigal Nagar and Papan Kadu, is always humming with activity. You can hear the sounds of various workshops all day long. Our place isn't anything fancy to look at from the outside. It’s a practical workspace where we focus on sorting machines. Inside, there's usually a bit of a mess with spare parts and wires because we’re always testing something. Most of our staff comes from Maniyakaranpalayam or nearby, so we’ve got a good local crew. We don’t use a lot of big words or have fancy meetings. Usually, we just stand around a machine and figure out why a sensor isn't picking up the right color or shape. It’s a lot of trial and error. The dust in the industrial estate can be a bit much in the summer, but we keep the fans going. We started this because we knew there was a need for better sorting in the local markets. It’s hard work and the hours can be long when a customer has an emergency. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we just rely on doing the job right so people come back. If you drop by, you’ll probably find us with grease on our hands or looking at a computer screen. It’s just how it is here.
