Tirumala Agency

We run Tirumala Agency out of a space at 96, Amman Nagar in Saravanampatti. It’s an area that has changed a lot lately, with more buildings going up every month. Our place is pretty straightforward—lots of boxes, some clipboards, and a lot of lists. We spend most of our time checking shipments and making sure things are going where they are supposed to go. It isn't a flashy business. Most of the work is just keeping track of numbers and moving stock around. The office part is just a desk tucked into a corner of the warehouse area. It gets a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, so we are always cleaning off the desks. We don't have a big sign outside or a fancy website. Most of our business comes from people we’ve known for years. Sometimes the delivery vans get stuck in traffic on the way into Saravanampatti, which throws off our whole schedule for the afternoon. When that happens, we just sit back, have some coffee, and wait it out. There’s no point in getting stressed over things you can’t control. We try to stay organized, but sometimes the paperwork piles up when we get a big delivery. It’s just the two of us most days, so we keep things pretty casual. We aren't looking to expand into some giant company; we’re just happy doing our bit here.
