Neelamalai Agro Industries Ltd. is over at 91, C.N. Road in New Sidhapudur. We have been involved in the agro business for a long time now. It is a very traditional kind of setup. Our building is an older one, and it has a lot of character and some creaky floors. Inside, you’ll find mostly desks and some samples of the stuff we deal with. We work with a lot of farmers and suppliers from the surrounding regions. The atmosphere in the office is usually pretty relaxed. We aren't the type to use big corporate words or have long meetings that go nowhere. We just talk about the crops, the prices, and the logistics of moving everything. C.N. Road is usually busy, so there's a constant sound of scooters and cars honking outside. The staff has been with us for years, so we all know how the other person works. It makes things much easier during the busy seasons. We don't have a fancy website or a huge marketing budget. Most of our connections are built on years of just being here and doing what we say we will do. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon and we just sit and talk until the lights come back on. It's a very human way of doing business. We handle the paperwork and the coordination, and we try to keep things moving as smoothly as possible. It is a humble place, but we get the work done. We like the tradition.
