The Scientific Fertilizer Co. Pvt. Ltd. is based at Sudarsanam on Ponnurangam Road (E). We are in the RS Puram area, which is a place most people know well. Our building is at number 8. It’s a practical space. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here. Most of the day is spent handling orders and talking to people who need our help. It gets quite busy on Monday mornings especially. We have a few desks and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. But everything has its place. We aren't the type of company that uses big words to describe what we do. We just handle fertilizer and make sure it gets to where it’s supposed to be. The staff here is a mix of older folks who have been here forever and a few newer faces. We all get along pretty well. There’s usually someone around to help out if a question comes up. We keep the doors open when the weather is nice to let a breeze in. RS Puram is a good neighborhood for this kind of work. You can find almost anything you need within a few blocks. We don’t really change much around here. If it works, we stick with it. It’s a straightforward way to run a business and it keeps us busy enough throughout the year.
