The Salon Academy

The Salon Academy is located right on NSR Main Road in Saibaba Colony, which is usually a busy part of Coimbatore. We are in Shop Number 3 at 18/1, just across from R K Studios. If you know the area, you know there is always a lot of movement outside with people heading to shops or studios nearby. Our day usually involves a lot of teaching and practicing. Since it is an academy, there are always students around trying to figure out the right way to hold shears or apply products. It is not a quiet office environment; it is a place where people are actually working with their hands. We have been in this spot for some time and have gotten used to the rhythm of the street. The shop itself is straightforward without unnecessary decorations. We spend most of our time at the stations or talking about hair and skin techniques. It is good to be near the studios because there is always something happening on this road. We do not really do big advertisements. Most people find us because they live in the colony or they are looking to learn the trade. We just open up in the morning, get the tools ready, and start the lessons. It is a lot of standing and a lot of repetition, but that is how you learn this kind of work properly in a place like this.
