International Montessori Teacher Training Institute

We’ve been here in Tirupur for a while now, specifically tucked away on Kumaran Road right above the Cityson Electrical Stores. It’s a busy part of Binny Compound, but once you head upstairs, it gets a lot quieter. Our focus is really just on teaching people how to be Montessori teachers. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that, just a place where students come to learn the basics and get through the training. Most of the folks who come here are from around the local area or nearby towns. We spend our days going over the materials and making sure everyone understands the method. It’s practical work. We don't have a huge staff, just a few of us who know the curriculum well. Tirupur is known for its industries, but there's a real need for good teachers too, so that's why we set up here. The stairs can be a bit steep if you aren't used to them, but the location is pretty central and easy to find once you know the landmark. We keep regular hours, usually starting in the morning and wrapping up by the afternoon. It's a straightforward setup. No big bells or whistles, just desks, manuals, and a lot of practice sessions. We see a lot of career changers and young people looking for their first real job in education. It feels good to see them finish the course and head out to work in schools.
