Sankara Polytechnic College is situated in Saravanampatti, which is a well-known area in Coimbatore. If you know the Tamil Nadu region, you know that Coimbatore is a hub for technical stuff, and our college fits right into that. The campus is located in a spot that has seen a lot of development lately, with more shops and buildings popping up all the time. However, once you get inside our gates, it’s all about the labs and the workshops. We have various departments where students spend a lot of time working with their hands and learning how machines and circuits actually function. It isn't a place for people who want to sit in soft chairs all day. The workshops can get a bit hot during the afternoon, especially with the Coimbatore sun, but we have fans and big windows to help with that. The staff here are usually dressed in practical clothes, ready to help a student fix a mistake in their project. Our address is in the 641035 area, and we have been part of this community for quite a while now. There’s a canteen where everyone grabs a quick bite, and the atmosphere is generally busy and full of the sounds of tools and talking. It’s a very down-to-earth place for anyone wanting to learn a technical trade without any of the fancy stuff.
