We are located right on Avinashi Road, at number 1000. It is a busy spot and there is always something going on outside our doors. Suba Bake Systems And Solutionz is where we spend our time working with all sorts of bakery equipment. You will see ovens and mixers sitting around the floor most days. We get a lot of dust from the road, so we are always wiping things down. The staff here knows their way around a bread proofer or a deck oven better than most things. We don't have a fancy showroom with bright lights. It is more of a practical space where we can show how the machines actually run. Sometimes we have a bit of flour on our clothes because we were testing a machine for a client. The building itself is sturdy but nothing special to look at from the outside. We have been here for a while and the neighbors know us. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the latest repairs we had to do. It’s not a quiet job because there is always some motor running or someone hammering something into place. We just try to keep things moving and make sure everyone who comes in finds what they need for their own bakery or shop. It is a lot of hard work but we enjoy the smell of bread when testing.
