Being located on Coimbatore Main Road in Kocil Palayam means we see a lot of traffic every day. Standard International isn't some big glass building; it's just a practical spot where we handle our daily business. N. Eswaramurthy is usually around making sure things are moving as they should. We have been here for some time now, and the neighbors all know us. The morning starts with opening up the shutters and checking what needs to go out. It gets quite noisy with the buses and cars rushing past toward Coimbatore, but we’ve gotten used to the sound over the years. We handle a lot of different tasks throughout the day, mostly involving paperwork and talking to people who drop by. There isn’t much of a corporate ladder here. Everyone just chips in where they are needed. Sometimes we stay late when a shipment is delayed, and other times we close early if the heat gets too much. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to polish up how we look. We just try to stay organized and keep everything moving without any extra fuss. The office at Kocil Palayam is a bit small, but it fits everything we need. We drink a lot of coffee, talk about the local news, and keep the files in order. It’s a steady routine that works for us, and we don't feel the need to change it much because it keeps us grounded and busy.
