Started the day early at New No.41 on Mettupalayam Main Road. If you know Thudialur, you know how busy it gets around here. We used to be at Old No.18/105E, but things change. This place is all about food processing and trading. It’s not a clean, white-wall kind of office. There are sacks of stuff everywhere and the machines make a lot of noise. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of what comes in and goes out. It gets pretty hot during the afternoon and the fans just move the warm air around. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy things about us. It’s just a few of us making sure the orders are right. The floor is concrete and has some cracks, and the door sticks a bit when it's humid. People stop by to talk about the market or just to drop off papers. We’ve been part of this area for a while now. You see the same delivery drivers every day. It’s just honest work. We don't try to be something we aren't. We just process the food, trade what we need to, and go home when the sun goes down. It's a bit messy sometimes but that's just how a real business looks when people are actually working inside it every single day.
