Smart Pumps

We've been here at Neelikonam Palyam for a while now. Most folks just know us as Smart Pumps. The shop is right on Mahatma Gandhi Road at Sf No 184/2. It's not a fancy place, just where we keep the inventory and deal with the paperwork. We deal with pumps mostly. People come in when their water pressure is low or when a motor burns out in the middle of the night. It's dusty work sometimes. The staff here knows which part fits which model, which saves a lot of head-scratching for the customers. We spend most of our mornings unloading crates or checking the stock levels. It gets busy after ten. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us answering the phones and making sure the orders go out to the right addresses. Sometimes the delivery truck is late because of traffic on MG Road, but we try to manage. If you’re looking for a specific pump or just need to replace a valve, you can usually find us here during the day. We keep the doors open and try to stay organized, though some days the office looks a bit messy with all the invoices piled up. It's a straightforward business. We just sell pumps and handle the basic stuff that comes with it. Not much else to say really, we just keep things moving along here at the shop.
