We operate out of the CRC Complex, specifically at No. 8/53 J- 17. It’s a brewery operation, so there is always a lot going on with tanks, bottles, and keeping everything clean. It’s not a small job. We spend most of our time monitoring the process and making sure everything is moving through the lines as it should. The complex can be a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it, but we've been in this spot for a while. There’s a certain smell that comes with brewing, and you eventually stop noticing it, though visitors always mention it. We deal with a lot of deliveries coming in and going out throughout the week. It’s a lot of physical work, moving crates and checking temperatures. Our team is pretty small, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from heavy lifting to checking the logs. We don't have a fancy tasting room or a big front office. Most of the space is taken up by the equipment we need. It can get pretty loud when all the machines are running at once. We just focus on getting the product out to the distributors. It’s a routine that we’ve perfected over time. Sometimes things break down and we have to fix them on the fly, but that’s just part of the business. We keep our heads down and stay busy from the moment we open the doors in the morning until everything is finally shut down.
