Golcha Tea Plantations Private Limited

Our office is located at 21/A, Sriram Layout, which is just off N.S.R Road. It’s a relatively quiet spot, tucked away from the main hustle of the road. We’ve been in this layout for a long time. Golcha Tea Plantations is managed from this small office. We don't have a lot of people working here, just a handful of us who handle the records and the coordination. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a few desks, some old wooden cupboards for the files, and a small area for making tea. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters with glass partitions. It feels more like a small family business. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or going through spreadsheets. Sometimes the day goes by very slowly, and other times we are rushing to get things sorted. We don't have a big sign out front, just a small plate on the door. People in Sriram Layout know us by now. We don't really do much in terms of advertising or anything like that. We just do our work and let things take their own course. It’s a steady way to live and work. We appreciate the quiet of the neighborhood. It allows us to focus without too many distractions. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, we just want to do our job well from this little office every day and go home to our families.
