Our office for Kribhco Shyam Fertilers Ltd. is at 147 Ponnurangam Street in West Rs Puram. If you know Coimbatore, you know that RS Puram is always buzzing with people and cars. Ponnurangam Street is no different, but we have our spot here where we manage the fertilizer business. It’s more of an administrative hub for us. We spend a lot of time talking to dealers and coordinating with the distribution centers. The office is usually full of maps and schedules pinned to the walls. It’s a busy environment because the farming seasons don't wait for anyone. We have people coming in and out all day, and the phone is usually ringing off the hook. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that; you just walk in and see us working. The air conditioning struggles a bit in the peak of summer, but we make do. We’ve been at this address for a long time, so we are a bit of a fixture on the street. Most of us have worked together for years and we know how the fertilizer market moves. We don't use a lot of big words or corporate talk. We just focus on getting the bags to the farmers when they need them. It’s a practical job in a very busy part of the city, and we take pride in the simple way we get things done.
