R.K. Foods

We are over in the Ram Nagar Industrial Area. Being in an industrial zone means we are surrounded by other factories and warehouses. There is always the sound of engines and work going on around us. R.K. Foods is just one of the many small units here. We do food processing. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it needs to be done right. We have a plain building with a big metal door. Inside, we have our equipment set up in a way that makes sense for us. It’s not a showroom. It’s a place where we work hard and get our clothes dirty. We don't have a fancy website or a social media page. We just talk to our customers directly or they find us through word of mouth. The industrial area can be a bit gray and dusty, but that is the nature of the place. We usually have a tea break together in the afternoon. It’s the one time we sit down for a bit. The roads around here are full of trucks, so we have to be careful when we are loading our goods. We try to stay organized, but with food, things move fast. We just focus on the task at hand every day. It is a simple operation and we like it that way. If you come to Ram Nagar, you’ll find us among the other sheds. We have been here for years now.
