Ranchgrubs Llp

Ranchgrubs Llp is a little food business we run out of West Mambalam. You can find us at A7 Shanthi Avenue, specifically at numbers 11 and 12 on Lake View Road. It is a nice spot near the water, though the "lake view" depends on where you are standing. We chose the name because we like the idea of hearty food, or "grubs" as some might call it. We are not a fancy establishment with white tablecloths. It is more of a practical place where the focus is on the cooking. Being in West Mambalam means we see a lot of local faces, and we have gotten to know the neighborhood pretty well. We don't have any corporate manuals telling us how to act. We just treat people fairly and try to get the food out hot. The space on Shanthi Avenue is where we spend most of our time, prepping and getting things ready for the day. It gets a bit cramped sometimes when we are busy, but we make do with what we have. We aren't looking to change the world, just to provide some good food to the folks around here in Chennai. We use simple recipes and try not to overcomplicate things. It is just a few of us working together to keep the business going. We appreciate the people who stop by and support a local business like ours. Every meal we make is just us doing what we know how to do.
