Snack Street

Snack Street is located over at No 21, East Venkatasamy Road. We’re in the R S Puram area of Coimbatore. If you know where the Bar B Queen Hotel is, we are just near there. It’s a decent neighborhood with a lot of shops around us. We opened this place because we wanted to have a spot where people could get something to eat without a lot of fuss. The street can get quite busy in the evenings with people out shopping or just walking around. We have a few tables inside for customers. It is nothing too fancy, just regular wooden chairs and tables that we’ve had for a while. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint soon, but they are fine for now and we keep them clean. We spend most of our time in the kitchen anyway. It is usually just a few of us working here. We don't have a big management team or anything like that. We just come in, do the prep work, and start serving. Sometimes we run out of certain items early if it's been a very busy day, which can be annoying for customers, but we try to gauge it right. Being in R S Puram is good because there is always a mix of regulars and new faces. We try to keep the music low so people can actually talk. It’s a simple operation and we like it that way. No need for complicated stuff.
