If you head down Athipalayam Road in Chinnavedampatti, you’ll find Paal Food Products Private Limited at number 21. It’s a sturdy building that’s seen its fair share of seasons. We’ve been operating from this spot for a bit, and the road outside has definitely gotten busier over the years. You can hear the traffic humming all day long while we’re inside working on the food items. The space inside isn't massive, so we have to be really organized with where we put the crates and the raw materials. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting things and moving them around to make room for the next batch. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone wearing suits; most of us are in work clothes that usually end up with a few stains by the end of the shift. We started here because the location made sense for getting things delivered, and we just stayed. The floor is concrete and the lights flicker once in a while, but it’s a good place to work. We have our tea breaks out by the side wall where there’s a bit of shade from the sun. It’s just a normal business doing its thing on Athipalayam Road. We don't make any big promises, we just show up, do the work, and go home to our families. That’s the reality of Paal Food Products every single day.
