Ocean Exim

Our office is over at 80-86 A, Iyswarya Building on Maariyappakonar Street. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the address, but we’ve called this place home for Ocean Exim for a while now. Maariyappakonar Street has its own character, with shops and people coming and going all day long. The Iyswarya Building isn’t the newest one on the block, but it serves us well. We’re just regular people working here, trying to keep up with the daily flow of business. There’s no big corporate vibe in our rooms. We’ve got some old chairs, plenty of files, and a kettle that gets used a lot. Most days are spent talking to people and checking on things. It’s the kind of place where we know the neighbors and the guy who sells tea around the corner. We don’t put on any airs about being a big international firm; we’re just Ocean Exim, working out of a local street. Sometimes the street gets crowded with delivery trucks, and it can be a bit of a scramble, but that’s just part of being here. We focus on the tasks at hand and don't worry too much about the rest. It’s a steady rhythm we’ve built up over the years. We show up, we do what needs to be done, and we make sure the lights are off before we head home. It’s just our way of doing things. No more, no less.
