Nihaladh Food Factory Llp is situated at Olympus Junction in Coimbatore. If you know the area, you know it can get pretty hectic with all the traffic coming through. We are on the third floor of Chakravarthy Towers, specifically at No 1789-A. Looking out the windows, you can see Ramanathapuram stretching out, and it’s always interesting to watch the city move while we are inside working. The building itself is quite tall, and being on the third floor gives us a bit of a break from the direct street noise, though the honking still makes its way up. Inside the factory space, things are pretty straightforward. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles in the office area. It is mostly about the production and making sure the food items are handled properly. We spend a lot of time checking lists and talking to vendors. The crew here is small and we’ve all known each other for a bit. It’s not a fancy setup with leather chairs or anything like that. Just some sturdy tables and the equipment we need to get the job done. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which is quite the workout. We just focus on the daily grind and making sure the Nihaladh name stands for something honest. It’s a simple operation, really. We show up, work hard, and go home to our families.
