Modi Engineering

Modi Engineering is located at number 38 in the Corporation Complex. You can find us on Ranga Konar Street, over in the Kattoor area near Ramnagar Post. It’s an old-school engineering spot where there is always the smell of grease and the sound of metal being worked on. We don't have a fancy front desk or a receptionist. Usually, you’ll find one of us with grease on our hands out in the back working on a part. We’ve been in this complex for a long time, and the building shows its age a bit, but it suits the work we do. Kattoor is a busy place for small industries, so there’s always a lot of noise and movement on Ranga Konar Street. We spend our time fixing things and making parts that people can't find elsewhere. It’s not the kind of place where everything is shiny and new. We have tools that have been with us for years. We don’t bother with big marketing plans or fancy logos. Our work is what brings people back, and that’s plenty for us. Sometimes it gets quite hot in the shop during the summer months, but we just keep the doors open and keep working. It’s a straightforward life, just making sure the engineering jobs get done right so machines can keep running. We value the quiet satisfaction of finishing a tough job properly.
