Mill Mech Engineeing

We’ve been at 105- F in Chinnavedampatti for a while now. Most people around Ganapathy know the spot because we’re usually busy with some kind of mechanical work or part repairs. It's not a fancy place, just a regular shop where things get done. We deal with mill machinery mostly. Sometimes the floor is a bit oily and there’s always the sound of machines running in the background, but that’s just how it is here. My brother and I started this because we knew how to fix things and people needed parts. We don't spend much time on the computer or making things look pretty. If someone comes in with a broken part, we look at it, see if we can weld it or replace it, and tell them when it'll be ready. Some days are busier than others. Lately, the traffic on the way to Ganapathy has been getting worse, so it takes longer for deliveries to arrive. We just keep our heads down and handle the orders as they come. It’s a lot of metal work, grease, and making sure the measurements are right. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to keep the machines running for the local mills that rely on us. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until the sun goes down. Most of our tools are old but they still work fine for what we need to do. We just keep plugging away at it.
