Matoshree Agency

If you walk down Kamarajar Road, you’ll find Matoshree Agency at No. 235. We are right opposite the Balasubramaniya Mill, which is a big landmark in this part of Upplipalayam Post. The mill is always busy, and so are we. Our agency isn't anything fancy to look at from the outside. It’s a functional space where we handle all our business. We’ve got desks piled with ledgers and files because we still like to keep things on paper sometimes. It’s easier that way. The staff here are all local people. We know the neighborhood well and we’ve seen it change over the years. The traffic on Kamarajar Road can be a headache, but we’re used to it. We don't use any of those big words you see in advertisements. We just talk like normal people. If a customer comes in, we have a seat and a chat. Usually, there’s some tea involved. We handle the agency work day by day. Some days are more hectic than others, especially when deliveries are late or the weather is bad. But we stay at it. Being near the mill means there’s always people around, which is nice. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to run a decent agency here in Upplipalayam and keep the files in order. The rain can be loud on the roof sometimes, and we might have to shout to be heard, but it's okay. We have our system for everything.
