Our place, Krishnamayam Manoharam Aahaar (India) Private Limited, is located at Door no 2/32 E in Sakthi Nagar. This is out in Navakkarai, which is part of the Coimbatore area. It’s a bit away from the main city center, so it feels a little different here. The air is a bit better and there’s more space. We’ve set up our food business in this building and we’ve been working out of it for some time now. We aren't some big corporation with a shiny glass building. It’s just a functional space where we prepare things and manage the daily tasks. Our team is small, mostly just local people from around this area. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen and the storage area. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting crates and checking the quality of what we get from the markets. We don’t have a PR person, so we just talk to people normally. Some days are stressful when the deliveries are late or the weather is bad, but we manage to get through it. We focus on the practical side of food, making sure everything is handled the right way. People in Sakthi Nagar know where we are if they need us. We don't really do much in the way of promotion. We just let the work speak for itself. It’s a simple life running a food business in this part of Tamil Nadu, and we’re okay with that. We just do our bit every day.
