We've been running Avr Foods from our spot at No. 18/71 Jothipuram for a while now. Most days it's just about getting the supplies in and making sure everything is ready for the customers. It gets busy in the mornings when the deliveries arrive. The kitchen area isn't fancy, but we keep it clean and organized so work gets done right. Jothipuram is a quiet enough place, though the street gets a bit cramped when the trucks come by to drop off sacks of ingredients. We started small, just trying to provide what people around here needed. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine acts up, and we have to fix it on the fly. That’s just how it goes when you’re running a food business. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who know the routine well. It’s mostly about sticking to the schedule and making sure the quality doesn't slip when things get rushed. We spend a lot of time checking labels and temperatures. It isn't glamorous work, but it keeps us busy from dawn till late evening. Usually, you’ll find one of us standing by the door or checking the inventory in the back. We know the neighbors and they know where to find us if they need anything specific. It’s a basic setup, really. We just focus on the food and getting it out to where it needs to go without too much fuss.
