J K Foods is situated at 3-J, Narukkati Post. If you're familiar with the area, you'll know it's a bit tucked away, but we like it that way. It’s a small operation we’ve got going here. The main work involves handling food products, which means a lot of lifting and moving things around. There’s usually a bit of dust on the floor from all the activity, but that’s just part of the job. We don’t have any flashy signs or big banners hanging out front. It’s just a plain door where we do our business. Most of the people working here are from right around the corner. We start early, usually before the sun is all the way up, to get the day's orders sorted. It’s hard work, and your hands get tired, but it’s what we know. My family has always been involved in food in one way or another, so this felt like the right path to take. We don’t spend time writing long speeches about what we do. We just pack the items and make sure they get where they need to go. The rain can sometimes make the roads around Narukkati a bit difficult, but we manage to stay on schedule most of the time. It’s a simple life and a simple business. We don't need much more than that. It’s just about being honest and working hard every day to keep things moving.
