We are set up on plots 19, 20, and 21 along the Madurai Bye Pass Road in Nagamangalam. Being right by the highway in Trichy means there is a constant hum of trucks and buses passing by. It is a big space, which is good because we have a lot of equipment for making our food products. The warehouse part can get quite dusty, so we are always sweeping. We deal with bulk ingredients, so there are always sacks of flour or spices sitting around. It is not a quiet office environment. It’s a place where things are being ground, mixed, and packed throughout the day. We have a small team, and everyone knows what they are supposed to do. Sometimes the machinery acts up and we have to spend the morning fixing a belt or a motor. That’s just part of the job when you run a factory. We chose this location because it is easy for the transport trucks to find us. The sun beats down on the metal roof during the summer, making it pretty warm inside. We have big fans going, but it’s still a sweaty job. We aren't trying to be fancy; we just want to get the products out on time. The records and bills are kept in a small cabin near the front gate. It works for us.
