High Street Exports

High Street Exports is based out of Apartment 31 in Mayfair Gardens. It’s a bit different because we operate out of a residential-style building rather than a big warehouse or a downtown office. This makes the whole place feel a lot more personal and quiet compared to most businesses. We’ve set up our desks in the main rooms, and there are boxes of samples tucked into almost every corner. We handle a variety of export goods, mostly focusing on finding quality items to send abroad. Since we’re in Mayfair Gardens, it’s a nice area to work in, with a bit more green around than the usual industrial zones. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know the trade well. We spend a lot of our time on the computer or chatting with manufacturers over the phone. It’s not a high-pressure environment most of the time, although things can get a bit tight when we’re trying to meet a shipping deadline. We don't bother with fancy titles or formal dress codes. Most days, we’re just in casual clothes, working through the pile of orders. It’s a comfortable way to run things, and it keeps our overheads low. We’ve been doing this for a while now from this apartment, and it works out just fine for us and the people we deal with. It's just simple, honest work every day.
