Our home base is at No.63/1 in Sakthi Narayananpuram, which is right in the Gandhinagar area of Coimbatore. It’s a decent spot, though it gets a bit crowded on the street sometimes. Herrbalgategreens is what we call ourselves, and as the name suggests, we spend our time dealing with greens and various herbal products. Coimbatore has a certain way of doing things, and we try to match that local energy. Our office is just a regular room with some desks and a lot of samples lying around. It’s not a showroom. It’s a workspace where we get things done. We don’t have a lot of time for polished marketing talk because we’re usually too busy checking the arrivals or talking to the suppliers. It’s a bit messy sometimes, and the phones never seem to stop ringing, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. We focus on what’s practical. If a batch of greens isn't looking right, we deal with it then and there. We don't hide behind big corporate emails. If you come by Sakthi Narayananpuram, you’ll see us just working away like anyone else. It’s a bit of a grind, especially during the summer months when the heat hits Coimbatore, but we keep the fans going and stay on top of things. It’s just a normal business run by normal people who know their plants.
