Greenycusp Land Holdings India Private Limited

We started Greenycusp Land Holdings India Private Limited out here in Pollachi. It is a quiet place near Ganapathipalayam. Most days we are just busy with the land and the paperwork that comes with it. Being in M.G. Pudur Periapodu keeps us close to the soil and the local people who live around Marchi Naicken Palayam. It is not a fancy office at all. We have our desks and some old chairs, and that is about it. People know us by our address at Sf#972/2A. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and talking to folks about property. Coimbatore is a big district but we stay focused on our corner of it. It gets really hot in the afternoons but the breeze helps a little. Sometimes we have a lot of work and other days it is just waiting for things to move forward. We don't have a big team or anything. It's just a few of us trying to keep things organized. If you come by, you might see us drinking tea and going over some files. We have been in this spot for a while now. The roads are okay, though they get quite dusty in the summer. We just handle land holdings. It is basic work but it takes time to get it finished. We don't do much advertising because people usually find us through word of mouth. That is how things work around here. We just keep our heads down and do the daily tasks.
