Green Fertiliser

You can find Green Fertiliser over at 28 Southline in Lakshmipuram. It is a straightforward shop where we keep a lot of stock for the local growers. The floor is usually covered in a bit of dust from the bags of fertiliser, and the smell is quite strong if you aren't used to it. We have been here for a while, and the locals know to come to us when the planting season starts. It is mostly heavy work, moving bags around and loading them onto carts or small trucks. We don't have any fancy displays or a showroom; it is just a place to get what you need for your land. I usually sit at the small desk near the front to keep track of who owes what and what we need to order next. Sometimes my brother comes in to help when things get busy in the mornings. We don't use any big marketing tricks, we just try to have the right stuff in stock when people need it. The building is a bit old and the roof leaks a tiny bit when it pours, but we just put a bucket under it and keep going. It is a quiet life for the most part, and we like the people we deal with every day. The work is physical and tiring, but it feels good to help the crops grow.
