We’ve been here at Priya Complex on Subramaniam Palayam Road for a while now. It’s a busy spot near G. N. Mills Post. Mostly, we spend our days dealing with stitching and fabric because that’s what workwear is all about. You might see us unloading rolls of cloth or checking the machines early in the morning. It isn't a fancy setup, just a lot of sewing machines and people making sure the trousers and shirts are tough enough for actual jobs. People come in and out, usually asking about sizes or when a batch will be ready. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the floor gets a bit cluttered with scraps. That’s just how it goes when you’re making stuff every day. The weather in Coimbatore gets hot, so the fans are always running at full speed. We’ve gotten used to the noise of the machines over the years. It’s just us doing our thing here. Nothing too complicated about it. We just focus on getting the uniforms done so people can get to work. Sometimes we have tea breaks outside the complex when it’s not too crowded. The road outside is always moving, and we’re just part of that local rhythm. If you walk past, you’ll probably hear the hum of the motors. We don't have a big front office or anything like that. It’s mostly just the workspace and a lot of thread. It’s a decent living, and we’ve been doing it long enough that we know most of the regulars around here.
