You can find us at Rajanandhavanam, number 15/188, in the south part of Coimbatore. We make food products that are supposed to make life a bit easier for people in the kitchen. It’s a busy house-turned-workspace. We aren't a big corporation with departments for everything. Usually, the same person who mixes the ingredients is the one helping load the boxes. We spend a lot of time testing batches to make sure they taste right. The kitchen gets hot, especially in the afternoons. We use regular pots and pans for some things and slightly bigger machines for others. It’s a bit of a mix. We don't have a polished showroom. Most of our space is taken up by ingredients like flour, sugar, and spices. Easymade is just a name we picked because that’s what we wanted to do. Our neighbors are used to the smells of cooking coming from our windows. We try to keep things simple. If a batch isn't good, we don't sell it. It’s that simple. We’ve had some long nights here when an order is due the next morning. It’s just how it is when you’re starting out in the food business. We’re just local people making stuff we hope other local people will like. We don't have all the answers, but we keep trying our best every day. That is the way we work here.
