Our shop is at 122 Ponni Nagar, over in the Palayur area of Pappanaicken Palayam. It’s a local neighborhood, and we’ve been part of it for a while now. We don’t do anything too complicated here. It’s a small operation, mostly just a few of us. We handle various trading and supply tasks. The office is small and sometimes a bit cluttered with samples and old ledgers. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. If you call, you’ll probably just talk to one of us directly. We know our customers by name usually. It’s the kind of place where we have a cup of tea and talk about the day before getting to work. We don't spend money on big ads. We just rely on people knowing where we are and what we do. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that's just part of life here. We aren't trying to change the world. We just want to do our jobs and go home to our families. The street can get a bit muddy when it rains, but we've got a good roof over our heads. It’s a humble place, but it’s ours. We just keep things moving one day at a time without any fuss or bother. That's just the way it has always been for us in this corner of town.
