We are tucked away in Annanagar over in Ganapathy. It’s No. 14 on the main street of K.R.G. Nagar. If you know the area, it’s mostly residential with some small businesses mixed in. We do food and beverages here. It’s a busy little setup with people coming in and out. Brandmonk sounds like a big name, but we are just a team of folks trying to make things people want to drink and eat. The kitchen area takes up most of the space. We spend a lot of time checking the temperature and making sure everything stays clean. It gets loud when the blenders or the packing machines are running. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Usually, it's just one of us answering the phone while trying to sort out a delivery. Coimbatore weather can be tough on food storage, so we have to be careful. Sometimes we run out of space for all the crates. We’ve been here in Ganapathy for a bit now and the locals are used to seeing our trucks. It isn't a high-end office. There are posters on the walls and maybe some loose papers on the desks. We just focus on the daily tasks. Making batches, checking quality, and getting them out to the shops. It’s honest work and we like being part of this neighborhood. We try to keep things moving even when the power goes out.
