Our office is located at 33A in Nehru Nagar, over by the Press Colony area. It's a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads. We deal with various items for import and export, mostly just handling the logistics and the paperwork side of things. The office isn't much to look at, just a few desks and some filing cabinets that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time on the computer or the phone, trying to make sure shipments are moving like they should. It can be frustrating when there are delays, but that's just how the industry works. We started out small and we've stayed that way, which makes things easier to manage. Most of us here have been working together for a long time, so we have a rhythm. There’s no big corporate vibe here. We take our tea breaks together and talk about the news. The building is an older one, so it gets a bit warm in the afternoons, but the fans help. We aren't doing anything flashy, just making sure the goods get from point A to point B without too many headaches. It’s a lot of checking lists and double-checking numbers. It keeps our brains sharp, even if it feels repetitive sometimes. We don't have a big social media presence because we're usually too busy with the actual work. It’s just us, the computers, and a lot of coffee to get through the afternoon slump. We’re just regular folks doing a job.
