Biokraut Imex is located in Coimbatore, specifically in the Nehru Nagar area near Shanthi Medu. Our spot is right by the Press Colony Post, at number 33A. It's a decent area, not too crowded but busy enough for business. We’ve been operating from here for a while now. We handle import and export stuff, mostly related to biological products. It's just a small office with a few desks and a lot of documents piled up. Coimbatore is a good place for this kind of work because of the connectivity. We don't spend money on fancy signs or expensive furniture. We'd rather just get the shipments sorted and on their way. Sometimes things get delayed at the ports or the paperwork takes forever, which is frustrating for everyone. But that's just the nature of the business. We are regular people, not some high-level executives. You’ll usually find us drinking tea and staring at spreadsheets. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If the phone rings, one of us just picks it up. We like being in Shanthi Medu. It feels like a real neighborhood. We try to be fair with everyone we deal with. No corporate games here. Just honest trading. The humidity in Coimbatore can be a bit much in the summer, but we've got a couple of fans that do the trick. It's a simple life and a simple business. We just get on with it.
