We are located at 109 Periasamy Road West in the R S Puram area of Coimbatore. Our workspace is in the Shrest Apartments, specifically in unit 5-A. It is a bit of an unusual spot for a food business, but it works for us. We spend our days preparing snacks and getting them ready for sale. Because it is an apartment building, we have to keep things relatively quiet and clean so we don't have any issues with the neighbors. It is a small team and we do almost everything by hand. The smell of snacks usually fills the hallway, which some people like and some don't. We don't have a big factory or a lot of heavy machinery. It is more of a home-style operation. We don't spend money on advertising or fancy packaging. Most of our time is spent in the kitchen area or at the packing table. It gets quite busy during the festival seasons when everyone wants snacks, and we often have to work late into the night. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Coimbatore. We just like making food and having our own little business. It is a simple life and we are happy with how things are going in our small corner of R S Puram. We take it one day at a time and try to keep things organized despite the limited space we have.
