We started Twenty First Farms Producer Company Limited right here in Village Jharsadri. It’s a quiet place near Mandaphia and we've lived here most of our lives. Most of us grew up around the Teh Doongla area, so we really know how the soil behaves around here. This isn't some big city office with glass walls. We work out of our spot in Post Chikardavia every single morning. Dealing with all the farming stuff is what we do. Sometimes the weather is really rough on the crops, but that's just how it goes in this part of the state. We have a lot of local neighbors who stop by to chat about the harvest or the market prices. It gets really busy during certain times of the year, as you can imagine. We just try to get things done without making a big fuss or using fancy words. My brother helps out with the paperwork in the office while the rest of us are usually out there dealing with the actual produce. It’s a lot of work keeping everything organized. People around here know where to find us if they need anything. We’ve been at this for a while now and the village life is what we know. We don't have a big marketing team. It’s just us trying to make the farm work. 312027 is our pincode. It’s mostly just day-to-day chores and making sure everything runs okay. We're just regular folks working the land.
