Lakheshwar Mahadev Kishan Utpadak Producer Company is based at Ram Lal’s place in Mandvi village. We are in the Dhariyawad area of the Pratapgarh and Chittorgarh region. It is a producer company, which means we are a group of farmers working together. We don't have a big corporate office in the city. Instead, we meet under the shade or in the small room at Ram Lal's house. Managing the crops for so many people is quite a task. We have to keep track of who grew what and where it is going. Sometimes the rains are late and everyone gets worried. We sit together and figure out a plan. We don't use any fancy business talk or brochures. We just speak our local language and get things done. The records are kept in large books and sometimes it takes a while to find what we need. We are all from this land and we know the soil well.
