You can find us in Nimbahera, specifically at 184 R K Colony. We use Kanji Mal Baheti’s place as our office. It’s a fairly normal house in a regular neighborhood, so it doesn't feel like a big corporate building at all. We deal with food products, hence the name, but we try to keep things as local and straightforward as possible. Nimbahera is a good spot for this kind of work because of the connections we have here. We aren't some massive company with hundreds of employees; it’s a small team of us who really care about what we’re doing. We spend our days looking at different grains and foods, trying to figure out what people actually want to eat. It’s a lot of trial and error, honestly. Some things work out great and others don't, but we just keep trying. We don't have a big marketing budget or any of those fancy slogans you see on TV. We just rely on people knowing that we’re here in the colony and that we’re doing honest work. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with samples and paperwork, but that’s just how it is when you’re busy. We’re just regular people trying to build something decent here in Chittorgarh district. If you’re ever walking through R K Colony, you might see us moving boxes or sitting around talking. It’s simple, but it’s our business.
