Sri Vinayaka Public School

This school is located on College Road in Damalacheruvu, within the Chittoor district. It’s a pretty quiet area compared to the bigger cities. Most of the people who live around here know exactly where we are. We have been running the place for quite some time. The building is straightforward, with rows of classrooms that look out onto the yard. We have a small group of staff members who handle everything from the teaching to the office work. We don't use any fancy technology, just the usual chalk and boards. Damalacheruvu is a small place, so the kids usually come from the surrounding streets. They bring their own bags and water bottles. We have a playground, but it’s mostly just a flat piece of land where they play whatever they can during their break. The weather in Chittoor can get quite hot, so we try to keep the rooms as cool as possible with the fans we have. We don't have any big posters about our mission or anything. It’s just a school where children come to learn their lessons and grow up. Parents often drop in to chat or pay the fees. It’s a very local atmosphere where everyone knows each other’s business. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep the kids focused on their books.
