Apswreis School

Apswreis School is right here in Pileru. It's a busy place most days. You can hear the kids shouting from the road before you even see the gate. Chittoor gets pretty hot in the summer, so the classrooms can be a bit stuffy until the breeze kicks in. We have the usual stuff like desks that have seen better days and a playground that stays dusty. The students live here, so it’s more than just a place for books. They eat their meals together and do their homework in the evenings. Sometimes the power goes out, and things get a bit chaotic, but we manage. The staff lives nearby or on the grounds, so someone is always around. It’s not a fancy setup, just a regular school where kids from around here come to stay and learn. We spend a lot of time cleaning up after them. Piler is a quiet town otherwise, but this corner stays loud until lights out. The building has some wear and tear, and the paint is peeling in some spots, but it serves its purpose. There's a lot of laundry hanging out to dry on the balconies most afternoons. It's just life here. Nobody expects anything grand, just a place to get through the day and get some studying done. The morning bell is the loudest thing in the neighborhood. We keep things moving as well as we can.
